This role is for a proven adversary capable of executing sophisticated, stealthy engagements against complex enterprise environments. If you are a master of evasion with a history of finding deep vulnerabilities, we want to hear from you now. The Role You will lead internal and external Red Team operations, simulating advanced persistent threats (APTs) to rigorously test the organization's security posture. Success in this role requires a "0trace" mindset and the ability to operate undetected.Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Red Teaming and Offensive Security.Stealth & Evasion: Proven ability to conduct stealthy operations with a "0trace" methodology.Deep Expertise: Strong experience in both internal and external Red Team engagements.Penetration Testing: Expert-level skills in Web Application Penetration Testing.Mobile Security: Good working knowledge of Mobile Application Penetration Testing (iOS and Android).Exploit Development (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience identifying and reporting CVEs or 0-day vulnerabilities are highly preferred.Technical Command: Strong command of Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, and Nmap.Scripting: Proficiency in developing custom scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Core Hacking Knowledge: Deep understanding of Active Directory exploitation, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.Frameworks: Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP.Communication: Excellent ability to write detailed, actionable reports and communicate complex technical risks to all stakeholders.Required Certifications: OSCP, CRTP, OSCEPreferred Certifications: GRTP, OSEE#J-18808-Ljbffr
