Job Description
Job Overview "Purpose & Scope"The Recruitment Officer is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, including managing overseas recruitment agencies, issuing authorizations, and coordinating visa processes for expatriate candidates. The role supports workforce planning, ensures compliance with labor and immigration regulations, and delivers timely and high-quality hiring solutions to meet organizational needs. In addition, the role supports Mobilization processes.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local and overseas hiringManage and authorize overseas recruitment agencies in accordance with company and government requirementsIssue recruitment authorizations and coordinate visa processes for expatriate candidatesLiaise with government platforms and systems related to recruitment and visasSource candidates through job portals, agencies, headhunting, and professional networksScreen CVs and conduct competency-based interviewsCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and departmentsPrepare, review, and issue job offersEnsure compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and company policiesCoordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integrationMaintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate databasesMonitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring efficiencyContinuously improve recruitment procedures and best practicesCoordinate internal and external employee training programs in collaboration with approved and accredited training institutesPrepare, coordinate, and follow up on workforce planning activities, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans and strict adherence to planned headcountSupport the preparation, monitoring, and follow-up of annual training plans aligned with organizational needsMaintain accurate training records and ensure proper documentation of all learning activitiesPrepare monthly and quarterly HR reports, dashboards, and summaries related to recruitment, , and Moblization activitiesUtilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis, and support the preparation of management presentationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience or exposure to overseas recruitment and expatriate hiringSolid understanding of labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment complianceExperience or strong interest in employee training coordination and development programsProficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, including tracking, data analysis, and report preparationAbility to prepare monthly and quarterly reports and professional presentationsKnowledge of Power BI is considered a plusHigh level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detailRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2 - 4 Years Experience In Same FiledCandidate should have experience in Oil & GAS Companies.English language skills (spoken and written)Experience in SAP and ERP System, Excel and Word#J-18808-Ljbffr
