As we expand our global recruitment team in Dubai, we are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and possesses an in‑depth understanding of the US recruitment landscape.Position OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our Dubai team. This role is critical to our mission of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top‑tier talent for our clients and internal teams across the United Arab Emirates and United States. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic partner, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of UAE‑specific hiring practices, including compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Full Recruitment Cycle: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process from initial job briefing to successful onboarding, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.Strategic Partnership: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers in the US to understand their specific hiring needs, team dynamics, and job requirements.Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a multi‑channel approach to source qualified candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), databases, employee referrals, job fairs, and professional networking.Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial phone and video screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the US market and our organization.UAE Compliance and Onboarding: Expertly manage the pre‑employment process for UAE candidates, with mandatory experience handling onboarding and a solid understanding of relevant regulations within UAE.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruit trackers to ensure data integrity and provide timely reports.Brand Ambassador: Represent Sunshine Enterprise Consulting professionally and positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions, enhancing our employer brand.RequirementsMust have 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, specifically for the GCC market.Non‑negotiable experience with UAE onboarding and pre‑employment process.Experienced in hiring both blue‑collar and white‑collar positions.Proven ability to source candidates using various techniques and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across different cultures and time zones.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently during night shift hours.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Shift & LocationThis position is based in Dubai, UAE.The successful candidate will be required to work a mid‑shift / night shift schedule to ensure significant overlap with standard US Eastern Time business hours.BenefitsA competitive, tax‑free salary and performance‑based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package as per UAE law.A pivotal role in a growing international team with direct impact on our US operations.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A collaborative and supportive work culture.How to ApplyIf you are a recruitment expert looking to take the next step in your career with a global team, we encourage you to apply.
