<div><p>We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a US-based company with over 30 years of experience in pipeline coating services, utilizing advanced robotic technology for both external and internal coatings across offshore and onshore projects.</p><p>This role offers a solid platform for long-term career growth and professional development. While the primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, the selected candidate will also be expected to support Talent Management and Career Development processes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles.</li><li>Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.</li><li>Be the point of contact (PoC) for recruiting agencies in the Middle East and Asia.</li><li>Connecting with new recruiting agents who can supply blue collar workers in India, Philippines, Nepal etc.,</li><li>Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.</li><li>Track recruitment and HR metrics; assist in preparing reports.</li><li>Assist in organizing career conversation programs and related employee development events.</li><li>Help track and follow up with employees identified as high-risk for turnover or motivational challenges.</li><li>Provide administrative support for career coaching sessions, including scheduling and documentation.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills/ Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.</li><li>3 + years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support roles.</li><li>Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor market trends.</li><li>Saudi market experience.</li><li>Those who are with Iqama transfers preferred.</li><li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Process-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs.</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Current passport or ability to obtain.</li><li>Eligible to obtain Visas for any required country of deployment.</li></ul><p>Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia</p><p>Salary: SAR 8,000/month</p><p>Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent</p><h3>What You Can Expect</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary with career progression opportunities</li><li>Professional work culture focused on performance and inclusion</li><li>Exposure to regional and international HR practices</li><li>Learning support and internal development programs</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
