Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations coordinate meeting room bookings handle incoming calls greet visitors and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer screen and direct incoming phone calls promptlyManage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentableHandle meeting room bookings including scheduling confirmations and resolving conflictsCoordinate meeting room setup requirements (AV equipment seating refreshments)Maintain meeting room calendars and ensure efficient space utilizationSchedule appointments and manage internal calendars as requiredProvide accurate information about the company to clients and visitorsMaintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where requiredHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails letters couriers)Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing photocopying and document preparationLiaise with internal teams to support meetings and office operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or Bachelor (Associates degree preferred)Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar roleProficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)Experience using calendar and booking systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
