Ninja is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression while effectively managing administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experienceCoordinate internal company events and activitiesAssist employees with basic administrative supportHandle and coordinate with suppliers and service providersSupport office operations and help with general office tasksEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all timesRequirementsProven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management softwareProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh school diploma or Bachelor degree in business Administration or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
