The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations efficiently, ensure a positive guest experience, and provide administrative support to internal teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly</li><li>Manage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception area</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries</li><li>Schedule meetings and manage appointment calendars as required</li><li>Provide basic administrative and clerical support to departments</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications&Skills:</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantage</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision</li></ul><p>Warm regards,</p><p>Creative HRC Team</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
