The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations efficiently, ensure a positive guest experience, and provide administrative support to internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptlyManage front desk activities and maintain a tidy reception areaReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveriesSchedule meetings and manage appointment calendars as requiredProvide basic administrative and clerical support to departmentsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyRequired Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and EnglishProfessional appearance and positive attitudeStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervisionWarm regards,Creative HRC Team#J-18808-Ljbffr
