We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Videographer to join our team. If you have a passion for creating visually stunning real estate videos and a minimum of 3 years of experience in this niche we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality video footage of residential and commercial properties for marketing and promotional purposes.Work closely with real estate agents, property managers and clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.Plan and execute video shoots including lighting, staging and camera angles to highlight the best features of each property.Edit and produce engaging video content including virtual tours, promotional clips and property showcases.Ensure that all video content meets the company’s standards for quality and aligns with branding guidelines.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video production techniques and emerging technologies to continuously improve video content.Manage video equipment and maintain it in good working condition.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in capturing real estate videos.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar.Strong understanding of real estate photography and videography techniques.Experience with various video equipment including cameras, gimbals, drones and lighting.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting and storytelling.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A portfolio showcasing previous real estate video work is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
