Operations Coordinator - Events & Exhibition

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily operations across production, logistics, and site execution for events, exhibitions, signage, and branding projects. The role requires strong planning skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate overall project execution from confirmation to final completion, ensuring smooth workflow across all stagesLiaise effectively between sales, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teamsDevelop and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines and client requirements are metCoordinate production activities, including printing, fabrication, carpentry, and material preparationArrange transportation, equipment, and manpower required for production and site operationsMonitor inventory levels, material availability, and supplier coordinationPlan, organize, and supervise site installations for events, exhibitions, signage, and branding projectsEnsure compliance with safety procedures, site regulations, and permit requirementsHandle site access coordination and maintain communication with clients on-siteProvide regular project updates to clients and managementQuickly resolve operational issues to prevent delays or disruptionsEnsure delivered work meets quality standards and client expectationsMaintain accurate project documentation, work orders, and operational reportsTrack operational costs, resource utilization, and project expensesPrepare project completion reports and collect feedback for continuous improvementRequirementsExperience in events, exhibitions, advertising, signage, or production operationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood communication and leadership abilitiesMust Have a UAE Driving LicenseAbout Designer Advertising & Publishing (DNA)Designer Advertising & Publishing (DNA) is a leading provider of integrated media and visual communication solutions in Abu Dhabi.
