By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><ul><li>Working closely with the Head of Real Estate, we are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Acquisitions to help support Flow’s real estate sourcing and acquisition efforts across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region.</li><li>This senior role is pivotal to Flow’s regional growth strategy. It combines traditional property acquisitions (direct ownership) with Flow’s innovative third-party management agreements where Flow partners with other owners to operate and brand their properties under the Flow platform.</li><li>The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong track record in real estate transactions, and the ability to build trusted relationships with developers, brokers, institutional investors, and family offices.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities: both direct building/portfolio acquisitions and third-party property management agreements.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including developers, brokers, owners, landholders, family offices, and institutional investors.</li><li>Lead market and financial analysis, valuation, and underwriting for potential acquisitions and partnership deals.</li><li>Oversee the full due diligence process: legal, financial, technical, and operational.</li><li>Structure and negotiate commercial terms for acquisitions and Flow-branded management agreements.</li><li>Partner with legal counsel (internal and external) to manage contract negotiations, JV structures, and deal closings.</li><li>Prepare and present investment memos and lead internal investment approval processes.</li><li>Track market trends, transaction activity, and regulatory changes to inform Flow’s regional strategy.</li><li>Contribute to long-term portfolio growth and capital deployment strategy across MENA.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Background</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.</li><li>8–12 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, or development, ideally with residential or mixed-use focus.</li><li>Demonstrated experience closing transactions in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region; Strong understanding of CMA regulations, Saudi real estate laws, and transaction structures.</li><li>Established network of real estate professionals, institutional capital partners, fund managers, investors, developers and brokers.</li><li>Excellent commercial judgment and negotiation skills.</li><li>Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred.</li></ul><h3>Why Join Flow?</h3><ul><li>Exciting growth opportunity: Be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of residential living in the Middle East.</li><li>Competitive Compensation&Benefits.</li><li>A chance to make an impact: Help build a vibrant international community and redefine what it means to call Flow home.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
