FEMALE PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANTS / REAL ESTATE AGENTSDuties & Responsibilities:Provide guidance and assist real estate developers, sellers, and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.Negotiate deals, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings.Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements when required.Maintain and update listings of available properties. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.Stay knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.Create lists of properties for sale with details on location, features, square footage, etc.Show properties to potential buyers and renters.Present purchase offers to sellers and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising, sales, or business administration preferred.2 to 3 years of industry sales experience is a plus.Familiarity with office software and phone systems.Proven track record of successful sales.Ability to work independently.Good knowledge of the local property market.We are seeking professional Real Estate Agents to act as intermediaries between developers, sellers, and buyers.
