Quality Support Engineer-ZI

Support in developing and managing comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and implement quality control plans and procedures.Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of issues.Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality problems .Provide technical assistance to production teams and other departments.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance quality and efficiency.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.Knowledge, Skills and AptitudeEducational Qualifications and Certifications: University Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.Knowledge: Understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.Familiar with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).Technical Skills: Computer Skills, Microsoft Office and quality management systems.Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience.Key InteractionsKey Internal Contacts: Manufacturing Engineers.Production Manager.Purpose of Interaction: Technical and Quality.Key External Contacts: Supervisor/ Manager:.Purpose of Interaction: Quality Manager.#J-18808-Ljbffr
