Job DescriptionLocation: Saudi Arabia (Jubail / Yanbu Preferred)Industry: Petrochemical / Oil & Gas ContractingSalary: SAR 4,000 - 6,000Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Planner with strong expertise in petrochemical and oil & gas contracting projects. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in Primavera P6, project scheduling, forecasting, and turnaround/shutdown planning within petrochemical plants.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Prepare baseline schedules, resource loading (up to Level 5), and progress tracking.Monitor project performance and prepare forecast completion dates.Support Mega Turnaround, Turnaround, and Shutdown planning activities.Coordinate with Project Manager and Client for schedule updates and execution strategy.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Track manpower, equipment, and productivity during shutdown activities.Ensure compliance with safety standards in petrochemical / hazardous environments.Assist in planning mechanical, erection, hydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lift, and industrial cleaning works.Required ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas contracting projects.Experience in Mega Turnaround, Turnaround & Shutdown projects.Experience with reputed contracting companies handling:Mechanical worksErection worksIndustrial cleaning in petrochemical plantsWork experience in Jubail / Yanbu preferred.Similar petrochemical experience in India may also be considered.Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from reputed institution).Primavera (P6) Certification - MandatoryPMI Certification - PreferredTechnical SkillsStrong hands‑on experience in:Primavera P6 schedulingForecasting and progress monitoringResource loading up to Level 5Shutdown & turnaround planningWorking in petrochemical / hazardous environmentsHydrojetting, catalyst handling, heavy lifting, and site fabrication activitiesProficient in:MS Word & MS ExcelPreparation of progress reportsEmail communication in EnglishSoft SkillsStrong analytical and planning skills.Ability to work in a multinational environment.Safety-first mindset.Strong coordination with Project Manager and Client.Good communication skills in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing).#J-18808-Ljbffr
