In this critical role, you will lead our organization's efforts to maintain the highest standards of hygiene while driving sustainable practices across our operations.Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and UAE regulationsOversee the day-to-day management of hygiene protocols and sustainability initiatives across all facilitiesConduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsAnalyze data and prepare reports on hygiene performance and sustainability metrics for senior managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of the businessLead sustainability awareness and training programs for employees at all levelsStay abreast of global sustainability trends and best practices, adapting them to the local contextManage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and sustainability organizationsDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for hygiene and sustainability initiativesOversee the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related fieldProven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiativesStrong knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworksExpertise in UAE environmental regulations and sustainability practicesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in data analysis and reporting toolsDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving organizational changeFluency in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
