In this multifunctional role, the Quality and Compliance Monitoring Manager (m/f/d) plays a key role in ensuring the organisation’s adherence to aviation safety regulations and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across operations. The position combines quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety management, and leadership responsibilities to support safe, efficient, and fully compliant maintenance operations. This role is well-suited for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in aviation regulations, audit management, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).Your duties and responsibilities will include:Oversee and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS)Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, including EASA Part-145 and GCAA CAR 145Manage safety occurrences, including reporting, investigation, and resolutionDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and operational performanceMonitor safety performance data and identify risks and improvement opportunitiesEnsure timely submission of regulatory reports and maintain accurate documentationAlign operations with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirementsManage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), ensuring timely implementation and effectivenessPlan and conduct internal and external audits, including reporting and follow-up actionsLead the Quality Assurance team, deliver safety training, and collaborate with stakeholders on compliance mattersTo be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Safety Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety management within the aviation industryProven experience managing Safety Management Systems (SMS) in compliance with EASA Part-145 and GCAA CAR 145Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, ISO standards, and compliance frameworksExperience in audit planning, execution, and reportingSolid background in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) managementRelevant certifications such as ISO 9001, EN9110, or ISO 45001 are preferredCertified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lead Auditor certification is an advantageStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindsetProven leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingAbility to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and operational needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
