Job Description
OverviewDrive sales revenue and profitability by setting targets, building sales plans/strategies, analyzing market/customer needs, tailoring offerings, and growing/maintaining client relationships.ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships for the assigned region; lead early-stage client engagement and coordinate internally to respond to customer needs/queries.Prepare commercial proposals/offers, support pricing/negotiations, and capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.Deliver sales targets across airframe, hangar space, workshops, spare/expendable materials, and additional services.Support quotation preparation (man-hours, rates, additional charges) and ensure service deadlines through cross-department coordination.Follow up on accounts receivable/payment schedules and customer future requirements (regular/weekly follow-ups).Travel for business development, promote GAES capabilities, host client facility tours, and maintain confidentiality and HSE compliance.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience: Minimum 3 years in sales management (preferably aviation)Skills/knowledge: MRO/aircraft leasing/airline ops knowledge, strong customer network, excellent English (C-level), strong MS Office/Excel, negotiation, ability to work under pressure; customs/logistics knowledge.#J-18808-Ljbffr
