QHSE DirectorOur client is currently hiring for the position of QHSE Director.Responsibilities. Responsible for the design, implementation and co-ordination of all HSE programs. Shall develop and provide technical and administrative directions on all HSE decisions.Able to develop, implement and maintain QHSE related procedures, policies, risk-assessments for the various activities, aspect-impact assessments etc. for the various operations of the companyShall conduct work place safety audits, report incidents, conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis.Responsible for getting the necessary approvals such as Environmental License, Civil Defense License for smooth running of operations.Shall be able to conduct QHSE related trainings, encourage safe working practices, corrects near misses and reports the same.Shall be able to work with the multi-national employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance.Shall liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with the various requirements.
