We have emerged as a strong EPC contractor in the Energy, Infrastructure as well as Engineering Services sectors in Saudi Arabia.With the support of special purpose service units, alfanar Construction continuously strives to provide appropriate and timely solutions to clients, conforming to international standards.The core EPC activities of alfanar Construction are in the fields of:Power and Water ProjectsTransmission and Distribution ProjectsBuilding Construction (Industrial & Commercial) ProjectsCreate, implement, and monitor project planning activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.Key Accountability AreasEnsure Complying policies, guidelines to establish appropriate Cost control, Schedule practices for the company.Project Schedule:Create and develop project schedules (Baseline, Revisions, Recovery schedules) for ensuring its implementation in line with schedule best practices.Develop project schedule, work breakdown structures, weightages in accordance with Alfanar Planning manuals for follow up and control.Initiate & maintain updated detail project schedules and forecasting reports based on trend analysis throughout the life cycle to ensure project health and highlight any potential risks.Project Budget:Create & maintains updated detail Project Cashflows and forecasting reports based on trend analysis throughout the life cycle of the project.Create Project Cost structures/ breakdowns (Tender budget) on SAP for ensuring the implementation of Cost control procedure.Reconciliate/ Analyze the project budget revisions closely with Finance department, increasingly in a consultancy role for verification of estimates (Actual Cost, Plan POC, Actual POC etc.)Creation of Project Cost structures/ breakdowns (Tender budget) on SAP for ensuring the implementation of Cost control procedure.Project Reports:Analyze project schedule, cost reports & establish reporting frequency on project-to-project stakeholders based on criticality of deliverables on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.Analyze Project cost & establish reporting frequency on a project based on criticality of the deliverables.Role AccountabilityAbility to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the jobTo have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field#J-18808-Ljbffr
