We are committed to your success and offer a clear path for career progression, allowing you to achieve your professional goals while making a significant impact in the field of civil engineering.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulations, using tools such as quality management systems.Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to monitor adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions when necessary.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential quality issues and develop proactive solutions that minimize risks and enhance project outcomes.Prepare detailed quality control reports that outline inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel on quality control practices, fostering a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the team.Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards, maintaining a high level of quality in all materials used.Participate in project meetings to provide input on quality-related issues and contribute to decision-making processes that affect project quality and performance.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, ensuring that all quality-related documentation is accurate and up to date.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in QA/QC to continuously improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.SkillsExperience in EHV Overhead lines (EPC / Turnkey) projects execution (380kV and above)Knowledge of total quality management theories and practices.Knowledge of environmental management systems.Organize, implement, conduct, and manage the QA/QC Programs.Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc.Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and records.Computer literate with excellent oral and written communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
