You will learn how transmission systems are planned, analysed, and optimised to support the energy transition.Typical activities include (with training and support)Supporting the development of power system consultancy services in KSAPerforming data collectionBuilding, updating, and validating power system modelsContributing to studies related to renewable energy and battery storage integrationPerforming power system simulations (load flow, short circuit, hosting capacity, transient stability, etc.)Preparing clear and structured technical reports and presentationsGradually participating in client interactions and proposal preparation alongside senior expertsYour responsibilities will evolve based on your skills, interests, and development path, with close guidance from experienced power system specialists.Your profileMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Basic knowledge of power systems and transmission networksFirst exposure to power system tools such as PowerFactory or PSS®E is a plusCurious, proactive, and willing to develop technical and consulting skillsComfortable working in a team and in an international environmentGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong asset)What we offerPermanent contract with a competitive salary packageStructured on‑job training, mentoring, and technical coachingExposure to international projects and cutting‑edge energy challengesA clear career development path in a fast‑growing consultancyA collaborative and inclusive work culture where young talent is supported and valuedDiversity & inclusionAt EGI, we believe diverse teams drive better solutions.
