We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Purchaser to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Purchaser you will play a crucial role in our procurement department ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with vendors while optimizing costs and quality.Manage the end-to-end procurement process including preparing purchase orders tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate recordsCommunicate and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive quotes and resolve any discrepanciesMonitor inventory levels and initiate reorder processes to maintain optimal stock levelsCollaborate with internal departments to gather and process purchase requisitionsEvaluate and select suppliers based on price quality and delivery timePrepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify cost‑saving opportunitiesDevelop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve efficiencyManage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulationsStay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for process improvementsCoordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goodsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred)5 -10 years of experience in purchasing procurement or a related field in Construction or Inrastrucrure Industry in the UAEProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skillsExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional time management and organizational skillsIn-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and best practicesFamiliarity with supplier management and vendor relationshipsNegotiation skills and ability to secure favorable termsUnderstanding of supply chain management principlesAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environmentFamiliarity with international trade regulations and local business practices in the UAEAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdaptability to changing market conditions and business needsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
