HandymanWe are currently hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Dubai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on various properties and structures. Your primary duties will include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs. You should have experience with a wide range of tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.Responsibilities:- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on properties.- Conduct carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing doors/windows, and installing new fixtures.- Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.- Conduct electrical work such as changing light bulbs, installing outlets/switches, and troubleshooting electrical issues.- Perform painting tasks including interior/exterior painting and touch-ups.- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and appliances.- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for each job.- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.Requirements:- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.- Knowledge of a variety of tools and equipment used in maintenance/repair work.- Ability to read blueprints/diagrams for projects.- Familiarity with basic electrical/plumbing principles.- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to problem solve under pressure.- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Certification in carpentry/electrician/plumbing is an asset.- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.Salary:1600$ per month (depending on experience).Location:Dubai (candidates must have own visa or be willing to obtain one).This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
