Additionally, epoxy floor coating damage, including peeling, blistering, and surface chipping, is evident in both ground and basement levels. Some cracks appear structural in nature, particularly at beam-column junctions and slab corners. Floor damage is prominent in high-traffic areas, with minor substrate cracks and localized concrete spalling. Rectification is required to restore structural integrity and floor performance.Scope of Work1. Wall Crack Rectification (Ground Floor)Non-Structural Cracks: Fill cracks with polymer-modified mortar or crack filler. Stitch cracks with steel rods/bars if additional reinforcement is required.2. Epoxy Floor & Concrete Damage Rectification (Ground Floor, Basement 01 & 02)Remove damaged epoxy coating using grinder or shot blasting.Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly.Repair concrete substrate: Fill cracks with epoxy mortar or polymer-modified concrete.
