Property Manager

Position: Property ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall performance of assigned properties, including financial, operational, and administrative aspectsDevelop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenantsConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codesHandle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional mannerOversee rent collection and ensure timely payment of all expensesNegotiate and manage vendor contracts and ensure quality services are provided at competitive pricesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholdersPrepare and present regular reports on property performance to senior managementStay updated on market trends and competition to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and enhancementsOversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutionsManage property budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limitsEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsTrain, supervise, and evaluate property staff to ensure high-quality service deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential, commercial, retail, warehouses, and shopping malls (preferred)Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and legal requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple properties and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong leadership and people‑management skillsIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in property management, we would love to hear from you.
