Property Management Specialist

<div><p>Responsible for managing and overseeing all property-related contracts including leases, maintenance, SLAs, and vendor agreements. Ensures alignment with legal, operational, and strategic objectives.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Draft, review, and manage property management contracts</li><li>Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations)</li><li>Monitor contract performance and conduct audits</li><li>Support property managers with negotiations and dispute resolution</li><li>Assist in vendor selection and tendering processes</li><li>Prepare reports on contract terms, risks, and deadlines</li><li>Handle Ejar platform lease entries and tenant queries</li><li>Enter and maintain tenant data on Yardi platform</li><li>Support teams with Yardi updates and tenant transaction processing</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b>Required: Bachelor's in Business Admin, Property Mgmt, Law, or related.</li><li><b>Experience:</b>3–5 years in contract administration in property/real estate/facilities management.</li><li>Familiar with leases, SLAs, property operations.</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi real estate laws and practices.</li><li><b>Language:</b>Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
