Property Management Specialist

Responsible for managing and overseeing all property-related contracts including leases, maintenance, SLAs, and vendor agreements. Ensures alignment with legal, operational, and strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage property management contractsEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations and company policiesCollaborate with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Operations)Monitor contract performance and conduct auditsSupport property managers with negotiations and dispute resolutionAssist in vendor selection and tendering processesPrepare reports on contract terms, risks, and deadlinesHandle Ejar platform lease entries and tenant queriesEnter and maintain tenant data on Yardi platformSupport teams with Yardi updates and tenant transaction processingQualificationsEducation: Required: Bachelor's in Business Admin, Property Mgmt, Law, or related.Experience: 3–5 years in contract administration in property/real estate/facilities management.Familiar with leases, SLAs, property operations.Knowledge of Saudi real estate laws and practices.Language: Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).#J-18808-Ljbffr
