Property Leasing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Leasing Coordinator to join our real estate leasing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with clients, and supporting the leasing process from inquiry to contract signing.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily inquiries from potential tenants via calls, WhatsApp, and emailsCoordinate property viewings and follow up with clientsMaintain and update property listings on portals and CRM systemsAssist in preparing leasing contracts and required documentationEnsure all client data is accurately recorded and updatedCoordinate with property owners and internal teamsSupport in closing deals and achieving leasing targetsRequirementsPrevious experience in real estate or leasing (preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of MS Office and CRM systemsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsFluency in Arabic and English is requiredBased in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah#J-18808-Ljbffr
