The role focuses on conversion relationship building and portfolio growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEducate tenants on RNPL rental options and benefitsSupport tenants in preparing and submitting RNPL eligibility documentsLiaise with landlords to explain RNPL guarantees and payment timelinesPromote RNPL listings and guide tenants through property selectionTrack RNPL versus standard rental conversionsClose rental deals by coordinating approvals and contract signingBuild long-term relationships to drive renewals referrals and growthRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience as a rental or property agentStrong understanding of the UAE residential rental marketValid UAE driving licenseKey SkillsSales & negotiationClient advisory and consultative sellingProperty rental market knowledgeRelationship managementCommunication and deal closingCommission Theme ConfidentialProperty Consultant closing rental deal will get 50% of profit of each deal from RNPL 100 AED for any closed deal under 50K annual and 200 AED for any deal above .. 10% of total successful 10 Landlords subscriptions total value.#J-18808-Ljbffr
