Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a professional Project Sales Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for developing sales with government project contractors and housing projects, as well as building long-term relationships with key project stakeholders to ensure company products are approved and to increase market share. This role requires a field-oriented personality, technical understanding, and strong ability to manage complex relationships within project environments.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell company products to government project contractors and housing projects.Build strong relationships with: Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement Departments, Technical OfficesFollow up on technical product approvals with consultants.Monitor purchase orders and supply processes until the full sales cycle is completed.Maintain continuous field presence at project sites.Resolve customer issues during supply or execution stages.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Technical Skills RequiredKnowledge of the full project cycle from pricing stage to supply and payment.Ability to provide technical alternatives (Value Engineering) when required.Understanding of contract basics and payment terms (LC – LG – Retention).Sales SkillsStrong negotiation and deal-closing skills.Ability to sell based on value, not only price.Professional and consistent follow-up on long-term sales opportunities.Experience in managing key accounts.Personal SkillsProfessional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.Strong personality and professional presence.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).High emotional intelligence and relationship-building ability.Excellent communication and quick thinking.High motivation and results-driven attitude.Willingness to work in the field and visit project sites.Social personality capable of gaining customer trust.Patience and ability to manage long sales cycles.Qualifications and ExperiencePreferably experience working with government project contractors or major construction companies.Bachelor’s Degree.#J-18808-Ljbffr
