Job Description
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific warehouse requirements and providing tailored fit-out solutions that align with their business goals.Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities, utilizing sales techniques and tools to effectively target and engage prospective clients.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our warehouse fit-out solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial consultation to final delivery.Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote our services, expand your professional network, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long‑term partnerships that drive repeat business.Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in warehouse fit‑out solutions to enhance your sales strategies and techniques.SkillsBachelor’s degree preferredMinimum 5 years previous experience in sales of warehouse fit‑out solutionsExceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Ensure maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity in daily operational engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
