The successful candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, be present in the UAE, and possess a valid UAE driving license.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and project execution.Supervise site engineers and construction teams, providing technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or challenges, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project disruptions.Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual obligations.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or site engineering within the construction industry.Must be currently based in the UAE.A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Strong knowledge of construction project management, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or residential construction projects in the UAE.PMP or other project management certifications.Benefits & Compensation:Competitive salary and benefits package.Tax‑free salary in Dubai, UAE.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative and dynamic work environment within a respected contracting company in Dubai.Similar Job Titles in Dubai:Construction Project ManagerConstruction ManagerTo Apply:Please fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.About Us:
