About the job Project Manager or Director-KSAOur Client, a leading FMCG company is looking for a Senior Project Manager in KSA to efficiently manage and execute the Project lifecycle from ideation to fruition whilst keeping within the boundaries of scope, time and cost.Responsibilities:Lead the gathering and scoping of project requirements in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.Conduct technical feasibility studies and facilitate financial feasibility to ensure project success.Define project tasks and resource requirements and ensure they are appropriately allocated.Develop, maintain, and adhere to project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.Define all project stakeholders and manage them effectively, ensuring continuous communication and alignment.Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control and resource efficiency.Oversee project procurement, ensuring timely acquisition of necessary materials and services.Manage project resource allocation, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.Monitor and report project progress on a timely basis, addressing any deviations from the plan.Define and manage the project risk register, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project changes through effective change management processes.Provide support for external projects within the domain of specialization.Support the competency development of the project team, fostering continuous learning and improvement.Execute management directives as required, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Qualifications:Fluency in English and Arabic (required).Masters degree in an Engineering domain is preferable.Membership of KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers) is a plus.Proficient in working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and expert in MS Project for project planning, scheduling, and reporting.Proficient in working with CAD for design and technical execution.20 years of professional experience, including a proven track record of managing major Greenfield or Brownfield projects internationally.Strong expertise in project management, budget management, procurement, and resource allocation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
