The Project Manager will work with NCR and customer resources to perform project reviews, accomplish the tasks defined in the project plan, manage day-to-day project activities and serve as NCR’s single point of contact with the customer.Ensure projects are completed on-time within budget and within customer expectations of quality and functionalityPrepare and maintain a detailed project schedule and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing and pricing projects; responsible for statement of work development and risk assessmentManage customer acceptance of the solution ensuring customer expectations stay in line with the agreed statement of work; taking the lead in working through all issues and action itemsCoordinate the establishment of a project environment that includes preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan and resource schedule for each project member.Measure, track, evaluate and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports including project financials and project reporting compliance.Author a weekly status report that is distributed and reviewed each week with the end user (Customer) in status meetings.Tool usage will include but is not limited to MS Project PSA Excel and MS Word and will be executed using standard NCR formats and templatesEnsure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts, billings along with the managing procurement and payment of contractorsBasic QualificationsMust hold Emirati nationalityBanking application experience a mustBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience0-2 years of project management experienceExperience at working effectively in challenging solution implementation environmentsExperience managing complex technology projectsBanking operations experience specifically in payment processing is a plusInnovative and Resourceful. Develops new approaches for situations in which standard approaches do not apply.Adaptable - Adjusts to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
