Project Manager – Medical Building RehabilitationRole Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering the rehabilitation works of a medical building, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare standards, while coordinating works within an operational medical facility.Key Responsibilities:Overall management of planning, execution, and delivery of rehabilitation works.Coordination with client, consultant, contractors, and facility operations teams.Management of works in a live healthcare environment with strict safety and infection control measures.Oversight of architectural, structural, MEP, fire & life safety, and medical systems.Contract administration, progress monitoring, and variation management.Reporting, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.Minimum 10 years’ experience, including medical / healthcare projects.Proven experience in rehabilitation or renovation projects.Experience in similar operational environments is required.Skills:Strong leadership and coordination skills.Knowledge of healthcare construction standards.Proficient in planning and reporting tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
