<div><h3>Project Manager – Medical Building Rehabilitation</h3><p>Role Summary:</p><p>The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering the rehabilitation works of a medical building, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare standards, while coordinating works within an operational medical facility.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Overall management of planning, execution, and delivery of rehabilitation works.</li><li>Coordination with client, consultant, contractors, and facility operations teams.</li><li>Management of works in a live healthcare environment with strict safety and infection control measures.</li><li>Oversight of architectural, structural, MEP, fire&life safety, and medical systems.</li><li>Contract administration, progress monitoring, and variation management.</li><li>Reporting, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience, including medical / healthcare projects.</li><li>Proven experience in rehabilitation or renovation projects.</li><li>Experience in similar operational environments is required.</li></ul><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Strong leadership and coordination skills.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare construction standards.</li><li>Proficient in planning and reporting tools.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
