Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of data center center construction projects. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The Project Manager collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, and vendors to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high-quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, from planning to commissioning.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.Ensure compliance with Uptime design requirements, Leed and author relevant authorities.Manage risks, resolve project issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Monitor progress, report updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely decision-making.Monitor and trach health and safety requirements and keep in close and proper coordination with HSE Manager.Monitor the cost for the execution scope and avoid overrunning the budget, while maintaining the delivery schedule timelines.Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to operations teams.Provide regular updates to the Projects Director, and raise any concern or risk identified for the project.Coordinate with Procurement and planning team, keeping full visibility and coordination with all stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.Experience in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and critical facility systems.Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or BIM.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Uptime ATD are preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills*We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all nationalities and genders and are committed to maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
