Project Manager -F&B | Saudi Arabia

Leverage your expertise and become a key part of a dynamic team at a leading company in the F&B coffee industry, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering projects from initiation to closure. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.Key AccountabilitiesLead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in line with approved objectives.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and resource allocation frameworks.Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.Monitor project performance, track progress, and manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively.Prepare and present periodic project reports to senior management and the Board, including progress updates, risks, and required corrective actions.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between departments and stakeholders.Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.Conduct post-project evaluations, analyze performance outcomes, and document lessons learned.Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success.Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.SkillsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong knowledge of formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks.Experience in budget preparation, cost control, and financial tracking for projects.Technical background with solid understanding of digital tools and systems.Experience overseeing construction or infrastructure-related projects is an added advantage.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through collaboration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
