Project Manager - Cognitive AI

We are looking for a Cognitive AI Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale Cognitive AI program. This role will manage multi-vendor teams and ensure successful delivery of platform capabilities, operational readiness, and governance outcomes.The ideal candidate will oversee dependencies across cloud platforms, AI components, security, data, integration, and observability while driving program cadence, stakeholder alignment, and production readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery plan including milestones, workstreams, resources, and integrated scheduleManage multi-vendor delivery execution and dependency coordinationMaintain RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive mitigation actionsEnsure alignment with architecture, security, and data governance checkpointsCoordinate acceptance management including completion criteria, testing, and sign-offsDrive operational readiness including ITSM integration, monitoring, SIEM logging, and DR planningManage change control including scope baseline and impact analysisRun stakeholder communications including status reporting and executive updatesCoordinate documentation, training materials, runbooks, and release notesSupport procurement and commercial governance aligned to SLAs and contractual obligationsStrong project management experience in complex multi-vendor technology programsAbility to manage dependencies across cloud, AI, data, security, and operationsExpertise in planning, scheduling, and delivery control methodologiesStrong RAID and change management capabilitiesUnderstanding of cloud-native delivery (Agile, DevSecOps, IaC/GitOps)Ability to drive outcomes through governance and structured deliveryPreferred Background7+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise platforms or cloud/data/AI initiativesExperience coordinating multiple vendors and managing contractual deliverablesExposure to regulated environments (government, telco, or critical infrastructure)Familiarity with Kubernetes platforms, observability, and ITSM/SIEM integrationExperience with hybrid delivery models (waterfall governance + agile execution)Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL are advantageousPreferred ToolsPower BI, Excel for dashboards and trackingSharePoint, GitHub for documentation and deliverable trackingSoft SkillsStrong facilitation of governance and delivery cadenceClear and concise executive communicationProactive risk management and structured problem-solvingVendor negotiation and conflict resolutionHigh ownership and delivery-focused mindsetAbility to manage pressure and escalations effectively#J-18808-Ljbffr
