Project Manager – Clean Room

<div><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>Our client is an international engineering consultancy looking for a project manager with a mechanical or electrical background and extensive clean room experience for a medical laboratory project in Al Khobar. Project management and supervision of on‑site cleanroom and lab construction teams during projects from programming through construction administration and commissioning. Subcontractor supervision for Trades.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Microsoft Project experience is required.</li><li>Procurement, estimating and expediting experience is required.</li><li>Field investigation and supervision work in tool fit‑up and tool documentation for wafer fab, assembly, FPD, MEMS, disc drive, biochip, cleanroom research, imaging, and photonics process areas.</li><li>Participate in engineering design and constructability reviews of cleanroom and imaging and lab facilities documents (Specifications, Drawings and submittals) as part of the design process, as a peer reviewer or as part of the design and construction team.</li><li>AutoCAD layout review of microelectronics semiconductor and FPD manufacturing lines, including elevations, fit‑up design and plan views of equipment.</li><li>Ability to perform design review on Architectural and MEP drawings with constructability comments.</li><li>Formulate design review reports.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Over 10 years experience.</li><li>Extensive clean room experience.</li><li>Previous laboratory or hospital experience a plus but not essential.</li><li>Transferable iqama is preferred.</li></ul><h3>About The Company</h3><p>Propel Consult is a multi‑sector, specialist consultant offering services to clients in the Middle East.
