Project Manager - Business Intelligence & Reporting

Master-Works is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – Business Intelligence & Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead on business intelligence projects, ensuring that our reporting solutions meet the strategic needs of our clients. You will oversee the project lifecycle, manage resources, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of BI and reporting projectsDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholdersManage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completionCoordinate with data analysts, BI developers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project objectivesIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, present updates, and discuss project statusDevelop and maintain documentation including project plans, status reports, and communication plansSupport continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future projectsStay updated on industry trends in business intelligence and reporting methodologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience in Project Management, preferably in business intelligence or analytics projectsStrong understanding of business intelligence concepts, tools, and methodologiesProficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA)Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectationsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations effectivelyFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
