We are on a mission to transform enterprises into cognitive organizations by embedding AI agents, advanced analytics, and Decision Intelligence into core business decision-making.Our AI-powered platforms and custom solutions enable organizations to make smarter, faster, and more reliable decisions, driving measurable impact across strategy, operations, and performance management.Role OverviewThe AI Engagement Manager plays a critical role in bridging enterprise clients, AI solutions, and delivery teams, ensuring successful execution of AI-powered engagements from pre-sales through delivery and value realization.This role combines client-facing leadership, AI solution scoping, and delivery management, and is ideal for a candidate who thrives in complex environments where AI, strategy, and execution intersect. The AI Engagement Manager works closely with Sales, Product, AI/ML, and Engineering teams to ensure Intelmatix’s AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise and government clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Sales Support & Solution ScopingSupport the Sales team in scoping, structuring, and proposing AI-driven solutions, including decision intelligence platforms, AI agents, and advanced analytics use casesParticipate in client presentations, workshops, and proposal development, articulating AI value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAssist in defining solution architecture, delivery approach, and project plans aligned with client objectivesIdentify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities related to AI capabilities, platform extensions, or additional use cases, and communicate these to Sales and Business Development teamsAI Engagement Delivery & Client ManagementManage end-to-end delivery of AI solution engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes are metAct as a trusted client-facing lead, building confidence and credibility around AI adoption, delivery progress, and resultsNavigate complex stakeholder environments, resolving challenges and maintaining momentum in high-impact AI programsEnsure alignment between client expectations and internal AI, Product, and Engineering teamsCapacity Planning & Operational SupportSupport resource and capacity planning, including hiring and allocation plans, to meet live and forecasted AI project demandsCoordinate across multiple concurrent AI engagements, ensuring efficient use of technical and delivery resourcesContribute to improving delivery frameworks, engagement models, and best practices for AI projectsStrategic & Cross-Functional ContributionParticipate in marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including events, case studies, and AI-focused content creationSupport broader company strategic initiatives, such as planning, budgeting, and growth initiativesCollaborate with Product and AI teams to act as the voice of the customer, feeding real-world insights into AI product evolution and roadmap decisionsContribute to company-building efforts, helping scale Intelmatix’s AI delivery capability and cultureQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field4-6 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or delivery roles, preferably involving AI, enterprise software, or advanced analyticsExperience in B2B and B2G environments, managing complex, high-value engagementsStrong understanding of AI technologies, data-driven systems, or decision intelligence applicationsExperience in strategy consulting firms (e.g. MBB or equivalent) is a strong plusPMP or equivalent project management certification is a plusSkills & CompetenciesExcellent project and engagement management skills, with experience in Agile or similar methodologiesStrong ability to articulate AI solutions and project concepts to diverse audiences, including executives, managers, end-users, and technical teamsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, typically valued at $1M+ eachHighly resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing AI startup environmentStrong problem-solving toolkit and ability to work independently and collaborativelyExceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to quickly understand new AI technologies and products and apply them effectively in delivery contextsHigh levels of resilience, professionalism, and client trust-building abilityStrong reporting and documentation skills, including executive-level project reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)#J-18808-Ljbffr
