Project Director - Site (Building Project)

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Director - Site to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As the Project Director you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously overseeing all aspects of project execution on site.Develop and implement project strategies plans and schedules to meet client requirements and organizational objectives.Manage project budgets forecast costs and optimize resource allocation.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and regulatory bodies.Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors suppliers and other project partners.Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams fostering a culture of collaboration and excellenceEnsure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and environmental standardsImplement and oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of constructionProvide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholdersDrive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practicesQualificationsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification20 years of experience in construction supervision project management with a proven track record of successful large-scale project delivery with contracts experience (Experienced practicing Engineer under the Contract role).Extensive experience working in the Middle East construction industry particularly in Dubai.Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in DubaiExpertise in project management methodologies tools and best practicesDemonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and optimize resource allocationExcellent risk assessment and mitigation skillsProven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder managementOutstanding leadership and team-building abilitiesExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficiency in project management software and toolsKnowledge of sustainable construction practices and LEED certification processesAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
