DescriptionApt Resources is looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at the prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will support the management of luxury construction projects ensuring that all operations run smoothly and align with the high standards expected at such a significant location. You will be tasked with assisting project managers in coordinating various aspects of project development communicating effectively between different teams and maintaining an organized workflow throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and of construction and renovation projects.Coordinate communications between architects engineers contractors and stakeholders.Track project milestones and deliverables; ensure that timelines are met.Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and presentations.Help to resolve project challenges and conflicts efficiently.Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.Participate in project meetings providing updates and communicating progress.RequirementsBachelors degree in Project Management Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.Previous experience in project coordination preferably in highprofile or luxury construction projects.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with construction processes terminology and regulations.BenefitsSalary: AED 4000 plus free accommodation Food and other benefits as per UAE Labor law.Required ExperienceIC#J-18808-Ljbffr
