For over 57 years we’ve led with vision, contributing to many of the world’s most ambitious projects, iconic places, remarkable experiences and prosperous communities.As a highly integrated and agile AEP/PMCM firm, KEO is ranked by ENR in the Top 225 International Design Firms; in the Top 20 International PM/CM Firms; and by World Architecture as 50th largest global architecture firm and #1 Firm in the Middle East Region in their 2021 WAS 100 Survey.We invite you to join us.Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Finance - UAE National to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.ResponsibilitiesWe envisage success in this role to include:Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in line with the company’s policy and accounting standardsPrepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustmentsPerform monthly bank and account reconciliationsHandle the full accounts payable cycle and support the accounts receivables if necessarySupport with creation and maintenance of project ID records on the ERP systemReview invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvalsClose all the assigned month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely mannerSupport preparation of financial reports and schedulesAssist with entry level audit requirements and financial reporting support requirements.Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirementsCoordinate with internal teams (procurement, treasury, multiple divisions etc.) as neededQualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 1–3 years of relevant experience, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of basic accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), along with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
