Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 01/27/2026We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator to join dynamic team for real estate development company in Dubai to support the successful delivery of branded residential and hospitality (hotel/resort) developments in the region. The role involves day-to-day coordination between internal departments, external consultants, hotel operators, and contractors to ensure that design, development, and construction activities align with project objectives, brand requirements, and regulatory standards.This is a cross-functional role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in high-end real estate and luxury hospitality developments.Key Responsibilities:Support the Project Director in coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle from concept to handover.Assist in preparing project workflows, tracking milestones, and monitoring deliverables.Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, submittal logs, progress reports, and correspondence.Prepare, organize, and follow up on project presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.Schedule, organize, and document internal and external meetings with consultants, contractors, and operators.Support in drafting scope of works, RFPs, consultant contracts, and documentation reviews as required by the Project DirectorSupport value engineering exercises and ensure changes are documented, communicated, and approved.Coordinate with architectural, interior design, landscape, MEP, and structural consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and brand guidelines.Facilitate timely holistic review and consolidation of consultant submissions (drawings, reports, specifications).Track and follow up on design deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.Assist in reviewing design packages for compliance with hotel operator standards and branded residential guidelines.Liaise as required with the hotel operator/brand partner to facilitate approvals and align with brand-specific requirements.Coordinate submission and comment trackers for mock-up rooms, submission reviews etcRequirementsPositive, Enthusiastic and a Team Player.Self-motivated, target driven and ambition to succeed.Proactive and able to drive development with minimal support.Deep experience and knowledge in managing design consultants from various technical disciplines.Extensive experience in complete Project Lifecycle (Concept to Handover)Driven and Passionate.Capable of driving various stakeholders with conflicting priorities.Solutions focusedAssertive with the task at hand and capable of overcoming problems and find solution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
