DiLeonardo values people that are collaborative, optimistic, who take ownership, talk less do more, learn from failure and have a desire to make others successful.About the positionThe Project Coordinator will assist with handling all aspects of a project and works collaboratively with the worldwide project team working alongside Project Manager & ArchitectsQualificationsProficient In: Adobe Suites, Hand Sketching, Bluebeam, AutoCad, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesignAbility to prioritize to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clientsPossesses strong leadership, organizing and analytical skillsStrong written, oral and visual communication skillsGood collaboration skills and able to work in a team environmentRequires Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from accredited schoolHospitality, Architecture or Interior Design experience preferredHolding or pursuing Professional Architectural Registration a plusOnce you are here you will:StudioReview drawings, project submittals and documentation for complianceParticipate in concept development in terms of program, layout and design coordinationAssist in project documentation while ensuring brand standardsAssist in managing project to ensure that quality, schedule, contractual, budget and client goals and constraints are metAssist in the development of concept through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document sets following building codes, ADA guidelines where applicable, environmental standards and site regulations for compliance.LeadershipAssists in the mentoring, training and development of unit membersFollow company standards and ensure quality of the firm’s level of drawing documentationTake initiative to ensure project deadlines are metGeneralCoordinate flow of information for clients, team members and overseas officesCoordinates and participates in pin-upsCommunicate with senior management, clients and vendorsMaintain current exposure to developments, trends, benchmarks, and practices within the design, construction and architectural industriesTravelOpportunity to travel to worldwide offices and site meetingsInterestedIf you feel this is a position for you and are excited about great design and our diverse team we would love to see your cover letter, resume and portfolio.PortfolioPortfolio should include 2-3 examples of projects you have worked on with your contribution and role clearly defined.#J-18808-Ljbffr
