Program Manager, UAE

Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What youll do:Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows in alignment with Archers global expectations.Lead the execution of key operational programs in the UAE including aircraft logistics site establishment and event coordination.Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and UAE program teams.Drive tactical problem-solving and daily issue resolution escalating impediments and implementing real-time solutions.Monitor program milestones budgets and critical path items to ensure timely delivery.Establish and uphold execution standards safety protocols and team workflows.What you need:5 years of experience in project or program management preferably in aerospace infrastructure or logisticsStrong organizational and cross-functional coordination skillsExperience managing vendors events and timelines under pressureProactive solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsFluency in English required; Arabic preferredBased in UAE and able to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai and other cities as neededBonus Qualifications:Experience in mobility aviation or transport sectorsTrack record managing time-critical programs involving international teamsStrong technical background and ability to understand aircraft-related requirementsPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract retain and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
