QualificationsUniversity Degree in Technology, Management or equivalentMBA or equivalent master’s degree is preferred.Extensive hands-on experience with core banking platforms, preferably Temenos T24Proven leadership of enterprise core banking upgrades, migrations, or major enhancementsExperience operating in multi-business-line banks (Retail, Corporate, Islamic)Strong exposure to regulator-facing and audit-heavy environmentsDemonstrated success managing Tier-1 vendor ecosystemsExtensive experience working front-to-back with Business Lines, Functional Areas and TechnologyExperience delivering transformation under regulatory and control scrutinyMinimum experience of 12+ years in program leadership roles in bankingManagement of budgets of 50m AED onwards at a minimumTrack benefits realization and value deliveryExtensive experience in global tier 1 banking environments with a background in management consulting ideallyExperience operating under regulatory scrutiny and audit environmentsDemonstrated success managing complex stakeholder and vendor landscapesStrong regulatory and risk mindsetThis is a front-to-back role, and you’ll act as the key point of contact for the bank for strategic Core Banking initiativesCertification(s) such as SAFe, Prince2 or PMP mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
