Production supervisor

1. Manage daily production and staff on air conditioning assembly lines with good daily 4M1E preparation.2. Coordinate and resolve line abnormalities, monitor production progress, and achieve daily output targets，ensure perfect work order completion rate；3. Training and developing production team.4. Implement 5S management and basic site improvements.Requirements1. 3+ years of air conditioning production management experience. Familiar with RAC assembly processes；2.
